Our dedicated delivery partners strive to complete deliveries of stock items within 10-14 working days from the date of your order.

To enhance your convenience, we partner with a furniture delivery specialist.

You'll receive a phone call to schedule a delivery date and an estimated delivery time.

A text notification will be sent on the day before delivery, confirming that your item is loaded onto the delivery vehicle.

On the day of delivery, our team will give you a courtesy call one hour ahead, ensuring you don't have to take the entire day off or wait all day.


2. Special Handling for Large Items


For large items such as sofas and wardrobes, we provide 2-man FREE UK delivery to the room of your choice. This service ensures the safe and convenient placement of your substantial pieces.


3. Ordering and Payment


You can place your order easily through our user-friendly online platform. Just click the "Add To Basket" button next to the item you desire.

At checkout, enter your delivery and billing information, and securely pay with major credit or debit cards through our encrypted server.

Alternatively, you can place your order by calling us at Posh Living. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and other customised options.


4. Delivery Charges


Orders below £100 are subject to a standard delivery charge of £9.99


For deliveries to specific post code areas in Scotland and certain regions listed, orders below £250.00 or £1000.00 might incur a surcharge. We'll contact you to discuss these charges before finalising your order.

AB, BT, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD, and ZE might incur a surcharge. Please place your order under no obligation and we will contact you to discuss delivery.


5. Gold Delivery Service


We offer an optional gold delivery service for £100.00 in addition to FREE UK DELIVERY on orders over £100.

This service allows you to:

Have your furniture delivered, assembled in the room of your choice, and all packaging materials removed.

6. Delivery Timing


We aim to deliver stock items within 10-14 working days, though delivery times may vary based on the product and manufacturer.

You will receive approximate delivery times via email after placing your order. We will inform you promptly of any delays.

7. Storing Your Furniture


If you are unable to accept delivery when your furniture is ready, we offer free storage for up to 90 days, allowing flexibility in your schedule.


8. Handling Damaged Goods


While rare, if your delivery contains damaged items or manufacturer defects, please contact us immediately.
