Ordering and Payment:

b. The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform or the purchased products or services.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
b. Any disputes or claims arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of United Kingdom.

b. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms on the Platform, and Customers are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
By placing an order through the Platform, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Billing Terms and Conditions.
