Terms & Conditions


Delivery within 30 miles of our Bolton Store (BL1 3BD) is free of charge. After this Posh Living will call the customer to negotiate a price for delivery.

Stock advertised for sale is delivered directly from the manufacturer or already in stock at our store. Delivery times average between 2-3 weeks. Stock may have to be re-ordered if it does not meet quality requirements when it is checked prior to delivery. If this happens to your order, you will be informed by email.

On the delivery day, the driver will call to let you know he will be with you soon.

Delivery will not be attempted until a date has been confirmed between Posh Living and the customer. Should we arrive at the agreed time to find you not available to take delivery, Posh Living reserve the right to charge re-for delivery. The delivery cost will be charged dependant on the distance and any other expenses incurred. A signature on delivery is always required. In an attempt to prevent fraudulent activity, goods can only be delivered to the billing address of the Card Holder and they cannot be left in a secure location.

Most items are delivered boxed, though chairs may not be, depending on the supplier. Unfortunately, damage in transit does sometimes occur – if this happens, please us by email (hello@poshlivingbolton.co.uk) with digital pictures of the damage and retain all packaging.

We recommend that you opt for Posh Living to install your new furniture as we are very experienced in doing so. It also protects you, as once the product is delivered and signed off, no refunds will be offered towards damaged products. If the product is damaged during installation by Posh Living, we will be liable to offer a replacement of the product and re-schedule an installation date.


Before the item is dispatched, if you change your mind after placing the order you are still able to make a cancellation. Once the item has been dispatched you will be liable to pay the full amount of the item.

Once you have taken delivery of your goods, no refunds will be offered. This is because each product is ordered individually for the customer.


If you do opt to have your new furniture professionally installed by Posh Living, drivers can be paid on the day of delivery, a price will be negotiated beforehand.

Pictures and Product Details

All Pictures are taken with a high-resolution camera and they are mostly provided by the manufacturer. Whilst the colours are normally fairly accurate, they can be somewhat affected by the amount of light available when the photo is taken. Please allow a 10 mm buffer in the dimensions provided.

In-store Collection

If you wish to collect your order in-store, you must pay for your order via Bank Transfer and not with a credit/debit card. If you paid with a credit/debit card and wish to have your goods delivered to the store, Posh Living will be in touch to discuss providing a refund to the payment card and then transferring funds.
